DOC Howard "Doc" Schwartz has over 40 years’ experience in most facets of the automobile business. From literally growing up on a used car lot in Los Angeles "The City of Cars", that grew into a family business which included retail new and used car dealerships; a finance, leasing, and warranty/insurance company and a wholesale and reconditioning center specializing in the remarketing and selling of bank and credit union repossessions, and national fleet and lease vehicles.

Howard "Doc" Schwartz was invited to Wall Street to consult and advise the multi-national insurance and finance company known as "AIG" to counsel and assist them in their issues with "residual insurance underwriting" for various manufacturers lease returns.

Howard sat on the Board of the National Association of Fleet Resale Dealers (NAFRD) and was active in many other banking, credit union and dealer associations.

Howard owned both a Regional Dealer Auction and was V.P. and Marketing Director for a national public vehicle and equipment auction that was sold to a large New York investment group.

"Doc" specializes in insurance lose appraisals and vehicle replacements.

"Doc" has also been a pioneer in bringing new marketing strategies to the auto industry, specializing in the Hispanic marketplace via TV and radio commercials, in-house infomercial videos and developing the concept of "Radio Car Lot".

"Doc" has taught, trained and mentored many sales people as acknowledged in the August 2016 issue of the national trade magazine "Auto Dealer Today".

Howard maintains an office and second residence in Mexico City. His family and business relationships have been instrumental in allowing him to consult and connect American companies with Mexican businesses over the years.
